Do you know or would you be interested in renting a 5 bedroom detached villa, just outside Altinkum towards Akbuk?
It's a new build on a complex with 2 pools and 1 baby pool, tennis & basketball courts and bar!!
We would consider both long term and short term lets.
Long term lets we would want at least a 6 month contract and cost would be 1,500 Turkish Lira per month, plus bills (eletric and water)
Short term holiday lets would be 50.00 Turkish Lira for per night for a family or group of up to 4 person. Over 4 person to 8 person the cost would be 80.00 Turkish Lira per night.
